Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
At Ushmaya, our wellness programmes are designed with limited group sizes to ensure personalised care and medical supervision. As each booking reserves dedicated resources, staff time, and accommodation, our refund policy is structured accordingly.
By confirming a booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed once:
- The required advance payment is received, and
- A confirmation email has been issued by Ushmaya.
Programme slots are limited and allocated on a first-confirmed basis.
3. Cancellation Policy
More Than 21 Days Before Arrival
Guests cancelling 21 days or more before arrival are eligible for:
- A full refund minus administrative charges (if applicable), or
- A credit note valid for 6 months.
14–21 Days Before Arrival
Guests cancelling between 14 and 21 days before arrival are eligible for:
- 50% refund of the advance payment, or
- A credit note for the full amount valid for 6 months.
Less Than 14 Days Before Arrival
Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are:
- Non-refundable.
- A date change may be offered at management discretion, subject to availability.
4. No-Show Policy
If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled date without prior notice:
- The booking will be treated as a no-show.
- No refund or credit will be issued.
5. Early Departure
In case of early departure after programme commencement:
- No refunds will be issued for unused nights or services.
- Exceptions may be considered in case of medical emergencies.
6. Medical or Safety-Based Adjustments
If, during consultation or arrival assessment, the programme is deemed unsuitable for medical or safety reasons:
- Ushmaya may recommend a modified programme, or
- Offer a partial refund for unused services (case-specific).
Guest safety remains our priority.
7. Programme Modifications
Ushmaya reserves the right to modify programme schedules, therapies, or practitioners if required due to operational or safety considerations. Such adjustments do not qualify for refunds.
8. Force Majeure
Ushmaya shall not be liable for cancellations or delays due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Public health emergencies
- Travel disruptions
In such cases, rescheduling options may be provided.
9. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
